Founder and Principal Consultant of Taylored HR Solutions, Fiona Taylor is an Employment Law Qualified, HR leader with over 20 years’ professional experience across HR, Employment Law, Industrial Relations and Organisational Change. Throughout her career, she has held Senior HR Leadership positions within AXA Insurance, Hastings Insurance, Irish Life Health, Kuehne+Nagel and Permanent TSB.
Fiona has advised Boards, Executive Teams and Senior Leaders on complex employment matters, supporting organisations through significant periods of change, while balancing legal compliance, commercial priorities and employee engagement.
Her areas of expertise include Workplace Investigations, Disciplinary and Grievance Processes, Employment Law, Collective Consultation, Restructuring and Redundancy Programmes, Mergers and Acquisitions, Leadership Development, Culture Transformation and Employee Engagement.
With extensive experience in unionised environments, Fiona has led collective negotiations, managed industrial relations matters and supported employee consultation processes across a range of sectors. She has also successfully established HR functions, delivered large scale transformation and integration programmes, and represented employers before the Workplace Relations Commission.
Fiona is known for her pragmatic, commercially focused approach, providing clear, practical advice and tailored solutions that help organisations manage complex people challenges with confidence.
